This reverts commit 285dc88.
Problem
#4 automerged without waiting for the status checks to pass because the branch rules weren't configured yet. You need to have a full run on the repo before all the status checks appear, and dependabot created the PR before any CI had ever been run.
Because of that, a breaking update to clap v4 got merged in.
